FormulaQuest is an interactive Excel learning platform operated by Formula Quest Ltd ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a contract with Formula Quest Ltd and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

FormulaQuest provides interactive lessons, exercises and challenges that teach spreadsheet skills, together with progress tracking, XP and learning analytics. Some content is free; full access requires a paid monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own learning within your selected plan. You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual property rights;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing or scraping the service;
• reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing or circumventing technical limits.

Formula Quest Ltd retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, lesson content, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

We work hard to keep FormulaQuest available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your progress data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
