We want you to love learning with FormulaQuest. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — whether you bought the monthly subscription or lifetime access.
Refunds are processed by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at support@formulaquest.app and we'll help you.
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling is separate from a refund — if you also want your money back within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.
Once a refund is processed, Premium access ends and your account returns to the free tier. Your progress data is kept, so if you re-subscribe later you can pick up where you left off.
