FormulaQuest is operated by Formula Quest Ltd, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at support@formulaquest.app.

• Account data — name, email address and login credentials, to create and secure your account (legal basis: contract performance).
• Learning data — lesson progress, answers, XP, badges and streaks, to provide the service and your learning analytics (legal basis: contract performance).
• Support messages — when you contact us, to respond and help you (legal basis: legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data — IP address, device identifiers and telemetry, for security, fraud prevention and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests).

Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we do not store your card details.

• Service providers — hosting, analytics and support tooling that process data on our behalf.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the service. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
